Specialists in the most demanding industries.
Our experience is concentrated in banking, fintech, healthcare and insurance: the verticals with the highest regulatory and operational standards in the world, where quality, traceability and criticality are non-negotiable.
We believe that only a service aligned with the business can deliver real value. The right technology, involving the right people, adapting to each process.
We apply these same levels of standard to take on any new challenge in other industries.
We cover the full tech stack and the AI coding tools you already use.
Our team masters 100+ technologies and programming languages, including the AI coding tools redefining how software gets built.
AI is not just a service we provide. It’s how we work.
We use AI across software development, business operations and our own products. We do not sell tools: we apply an engineering methodology that ensures AI works in production, whatever engine the client uses.
AI-augmented engineering: from requirements gathering to automated testing and DevOps. The team ships faster, with higher quality and under our own architecture guidelines, agnostic to the tool.
Automation of real processes with agents trained for concrete tasks: support, analysis, decisions and internal-system flows. Agentic training focused on measurable outcomes, not demos.
Our multi-agent orchestration engine. It coordinates specialized agents with shared memory, persistent context handling and human decision points at critical moments. It is not an API wrapper: it is agentic infrastructure built for enterprise environments.
Real track record with clients of global reach.
Some of our case studies.
More cases available under NDA. Ask us for the full list in an initial conversation.
Behind every project, real people. Meet them.
Team of Partners, Directors and Strategic Advisors.
Mission, vision and values.
What guides us as an organization and defines us in front of our clients.
Technology that unlocks human value.
Provide the best technological foundation — born from research and innovation — so organizations can meet their strategic goals efficiently, freeing human capital for the work that creates the most value.
A global reference in technology excellence.
Be a leading technology company focused on excellence and recognized worldwide, capable of generating happiness and wellbeing among its partners, team members and clients within a framework of social responsibility.
Five non-negotiable principles.
- Client at the center — partner relationship, not vendor.
- Real seniority — no layers, just people who solve.
- Delivery — 100% of projects delivered in 17 years.
- AI with judgment — real capability, applied for real.
- Transparency — we say what we think and deliver what we promise.

What clients who choose us say.
ITLG’s teams have supported us with great commitment and dedication on every project and initiative they’ve been part of.

ITLG has a long history of providing the right resources for my teams, which makes our lives and projects much easier to deliver.

After several years working with ITLG, I can honestly say I feel fully backed by their performance and commitment, and by the talent they bring.

Three simple steps to start working together.
No strings attached, no boilerplate proposals. A conversation to see if what you need fits what we know how to do.
Discovery call
We understand your business: team structure, success criteria, timeline, budget and required skills to find the best way to collaborate.
We define the solution together
In a few days we finalize specs, agree on the engagement model and pick the team that best fits.
We start and measure outcomes
We agree on concrete milestones, start working immediately, track progress and adapt along the way.
ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
In the industries we operate in, the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information is not a nice-to-have: it is the foundation of every client contract. That is why we run an Information Security Management System certified against the international ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
The audit by IRAM (Argentina’s normalization and certification body, IAF-accredited) confirms that our access controls, risk management, continuity and incident response meet the requirements demanded by regulators and our clients’ compliance teams.
We first obtained the certification in 2023 and keep it current through annual surveillance audits. Each revalidation confirms that the management system still meets the standard and evolves with every new threat, regulation and project. For us, security is not a milestone reached once, but a discipline we sustain year after year.
